It is easy for guests to make a contribution

On The Day

Guests simply create text messages with their thoughts and best wishes, take photographs, and/or record short video/audio clips using a mobile-phone.

They then send the message to us using text or multimedia messaging, simply starting each message with 'digitalguestbook' and using the number provided. This ensures that our system identifies each message, so that we can then include it in the appropriate Guest Book.

We send a welcome pack out, prior to the wedding which includes instruction cards, that can be distributed at the reception or included with an order of service, and which provide detailed instructions for guests of how they can make a contribution.

After the wedding

We can accept contributions to a Guest Book, for up to 2 weeks after the day, which allows family, friends and guests who were unable to make a contribution on the day, to make their addition. During this time we can accept text/multimedia messages or emails, with attachments of photographs etc.

Our clients find this is extremely useful for collating copies of digital photographs taken by their guests on the day.

Once all the contributions are made, we then compile all the elements that have been sent, into a unique CD/DVD recording the special day.
